Description
It is a "noble" flavored wine produced with aged DOCG Barolo and flavored with some spices among which the bark of cinchona stands out, a woody plant of which only the red-brown bark (red cinchona) is used and to which therapeutic properties are attributed.
With a pleasant and delicate aroma, the taste denotes a balanced harmony between the floral notes and the Barolo DOCG. The result is a refined flavored wine of immediate pleasantness and a pleasant aromatic persistence.
There are many opportunities to appreciate it, with particular success in good restaurants when served at room temperature, as an elegant after-meal or steam-heated with an orange peel.
