A high quality liqueur obtained using only Messina Interdonato I.G.P. lemon peels. Towards the end of 1800s, Garibaldi's Colonel Giovanni Interdonato managed to cross a cedar with an Ariddaru lemon.

The peels are placed in cold infusion and macerated in a hydroalcoholic solution. The obtained infusion is stored in stainless steel tanks for a long period of time at a constant and controlled temperature. This will allow a greater maturation of the product while preserving all the organoleptic properties and the purity of the aromas.
Excellent after-meal meditation liqueur. Harmonious with ice cream and perfect to add scent to spoon desserts. It is recommended to serve it fresh.
