Description

A high quality liqueur obtained using only Messina Interdonato I.G.P. lemon peels. Towards the end of the 1800s, the Garibaldi colonel Giovanni Interdonato managed to cross a cedar bud with an Ariddaru lemon.

The peels are placed in cold infusion and macerated in a hydroalcoholic solution. The obtained infusion is stored in stainless steel tanks for a long period of time at a constant and controlled temperature. This will allow a greater maturation of the product while preserving all the organoleptic properties and the purity of the aromas.

Strong and sweet, the scent of this Sicilian lemon is unmistakable. Sweet and at the same time rich in nuances that reveal notes of a delicate, slightly acidic flavor.

Excellent after-meal meditation liqueur. Harmonious with ice cream and perfect to add scent to spoon desserts. It is recommended to serve it fresh.
