It is a "noble" flavored wine produced with aged DOCG Barolo and flavored with some spices among which the bark of cinchona stands out, a woody plant of which only the red-brown bark (red cinchona) is used and to which therapeutic properties are attributed.

There are many opportunities to appreciate it, with particular success in good restaurants served at room temperature, as an elegant after-meal or steam-heated with an orange peel.

Harmonious with dry desserts and excellent accompaniment to dark chocolate.
